20 feared killed as Boko Haram attacks Mosque in Yobe

Unknown gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram sect reportedly attacked a mosque in Yobe State, killing no fewer than 20 worshippers.

It was gathered that the gunmen numbering about 50, struck at the early hours of Saturday when residents of Buni Gari village were gathering for the first prayer of the day.

The village is about 100 kilometers south of the Yobe State capital, Damaturu.
