ECOMOG: Wasting of Riches

ACCORDING TO MILITARY SOURCES, NIGERIA spends three million dollars-a-day in Sierra Leone, which is about N270 million. NEPA says it need N9.6 billion to refurbish Egbin Thermal Station, so as to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The nation’s universities need less to solve  accommodation, library, laboratory, remuneration etc problems.
