Senate, Reps to harmonise oil benchmark proposals
The two chambers of the National Assembly have stood their ground not to adopt the $75 proposed as the crude oil benchmark for the 2013 budget. Findings by The PUNCH on Sunday indicated that rather than bow to the Presidency, the Senate and the House of Representatives opted to harmonise their own proposals for the benchmark. Read more
